Do I need prior delivery experience?
No. We hire for attitude and reliability. A valid driver's license and a clean record are the only hard requirements for the Driver role. Full paid training is provided once you're hired.
What does a typical day look like?
Report to the Manassas station, get your route and van, deliver packages along a planned route. Shifts are 10 hours, four days a week, with at least one weekend day. Most drivers are home by mid-evening.
Where exactly is the station?
11920 Brady Lane, Manassas, VA. Easy access off Prince William Parkway. Free parking on-site for employees.
What are the pay and benefits?
$21–$22.50 per hour to start, weekly pay, paid overtime, paid time off. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits start on Day 1. Plus 401(k) match and tuition assistance.
Is there a background check?
Yes. All offers are contingent on a standard background check and a motor vehicle record review. You must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
